Hi, I’m Shao Wang, a 2nd-year Master’s student at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
My research interests lie in building efficient and large-scale systems for emerging ML workloads like LLMs and AI agents. Now, I work as a research assistant at CMU Catalyst Lab, advised by Prof. Zhihao Jia.
Beyond research, I’m an open-source enthusiast, having maintained MLSys projects like Kubeflow for several years. My open-source journey began in my undergraduate years at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where I also obtained my bachelor’s degree.
I plan to apply for CS Ph.D. programs in North America starting in Fall 2027. Please feel free to drop me an email if you would like to connect!
